Package: RTMBode 1.0

RTMBode: Solving ODEs with 'deSolve' and 'RTMB'.

Solve ODEs as part of 'RTMB' objective functions with algorithmic derivatives to any order. ODE adjoint code is obtained via 'RTMB' using automatic variable augmentation of the system equation.
